Spring Travel Team 2021

 Spring season details 

Many details for this spring are still being finalized.  The number of teams per age group will be determined by the volume of players that try out and number of available tournaments.  The 2021 spring season may be different from past seasons.  In the past most teams have consisted of 9-11 players and would compete in three to five 7 v 7 tournaments.  We would also select a larger team of 14-15 players in the U14, U16 & U19 age groups that would only play in 11 v 11 games and compete in the Regional Club Championship.

 Our plan is for teams to play exclusively in Massachusetts as much as possible to avoid the need for COVID testing. 

Practices

Dates: April (11, 18, 25)  May (2, 9, 16, 23, 30)   June (13, 20)
Location:  Plymouth North High School – turf baseball field (41 Obery St, Plymouth, MA 02360)
Time:  TBD practice time will be a 2-hr block for each team between 10-4 pm

Tournaments

The latest scheduled has been emailed to all families.

COVID-19 Policies

We following the guidance and policies established by the facility we train at or play a tournament at.  The Starland Sportplex and Duxplex follow all guidelines from the Department of Health.  The same policy applies to all tournaments. Whatever the facility requires we will adhere to. 

The guidelines by state, including Massachusetts, are changing often.  It’s the responsibility of the player and parents to adhere to whatever those guidelines that apply at that specific for re-entering the state.

Please have a face mask with you at all times.  Face masks are currently required for all play at the Starland Sportsplex and Duxplex until further guidance by the facility is given.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you child is feeling unwell or demonstrating symptoms we ask that you not attend practice for the safety of all attendees.

Players will refrain from sharing food or beverage.  

Social distancing guidelines are in place at all times.
